We expect visitors from up to 65 different countries to Helsinki. One of the most significant contents of the two-day meeting is the election of a new chairman and board. Several events will be organized alongside the meeting, where participants and other interested parties can get to know Finnish restaurant culture and know-how, Finnish food and drink products, and the association’s international supporters. In addition, the event and the accompanying program organized around it enable its participants to network internationally, have a discussion about the state and future of the restaurant and wine industry, and learn more.
The meeting will be accompanied by a Wine Symposium aimed at wine industry professionals, which, like previous symposia, will discuss current topics in the wine industry. This year, biodynamism has been chosen as the central theme, and the event will feature international professionals, such as Romana Echensperger MW.
The event is aimed especially at the representatives of ASI’s member countries, but also at professionals in the restaurant and wine industry. Part of the event’s side program is also open to the public interested in wine culture and the restaurant world.
