Alvar Aalto designed Finlandia Hall around people and events, and the building includes space for a very wide range of needs as a result.

In addition, Finlandia Hall offers extensive technical facilities and other services. The range and versatility of what we offer has made us a popular venue for fairs, exhibitions, product launches and promotions, meetings, seminars, and numerous other events.

Exhibition space in the Main Building is concentrated in the Piazza and Helsinki Hall Foyer, Veranda 1-4, the Piazza balcony, the Terrace Hall, and the Entrance Foyers. Together, these offer a total of 6,000 m2 of space.

Exhibition space needs in the Congress Wing are met by the Foyer, Halls A and B, and the Entrance Level. These offer around 2,000 m2 in all.
