Service point

Designed by world-renowned Finnish architect, Alvar Aalto, Finlandia Hall is one of the most beautiful buildings in Helsinki and attracts thousands of visitors every year. Staff in the Service point is happy to give you more information about the regular quided tours in the building.

The Service point sells Aalto vases, books, postcards and stamps and a range of unique items available only from Finlandia Hall, including postcards, posters, CD's and pins.

Tickets for concerts by the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra are on sale at the Servicepoint and Lippupiste, other concert tickets also from Lippupalvelu and at the Finlandia Hall box office one hour before the start of concerts.


The Service point is open on weekdays 07.30 - 17.00.
